近年来,由于旅行社竞争的加剧,作为其核心员工之一的导游流失率一直居高不下。造成这种现象的根本原因在于导游人员薪酬制度不科学。因此,本文以友好旅行社为例,从当前导游薪酬存在的不足出发,为其薪酬制度的改革提出建议。这对提高导游人员的生活质量和服务水平、促进旅游行业的健康有序发展具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years, as the competition between travel agencies has intensified, the turnover rate of tour guides as one of its core employees has remained high. The fundamental reason for this phenomenon is that the tour pay system is not scientific. Therefore, this article take friendly travel agency as an example, starting from the current shortage of tour guides’ salary, puts forward suggestions for the reform of its salary system. It is of great practical significance to improve the living quality and service level of tour guides and to promote the healthy and orderly development of the tourism industry.
