张蒲生,1936年生于陕西大荔县。现为天津美术学院教授、中国美术家协会会员、天津美术家协会理事,并兼任天津市老年大学书画院院长及全国多个省市的多家书画院名誉院长。作品多次在国内外展出,代表作《瓦雀归巢》、《晨曲》、《麦场无人时》、《麦场雀趣》、《风雨欲来》等,多次在全国性画展中获奖,并被多家美术馆、博物馆、纪念馆收藏,出版有《张蒲生画集》。其传记被载入十多种名人辞典。 Zhang Pu Sheng, born in 1936 in Dali County, Shaanxi Province.
