目的探讨因接种卡介苗(BCG)导致淋巴结异常反应的原因及处理方法。方法对安福县2例因接种卡介苗后接种后引起淋巴结核发病、诊断、处理过程进行分析。结果接种卡介苗后1例患儿因出现异常反应处理不及时导致病情加重发展为肺结核;1例患儿处理及时未造成严重反应。结论应提高卡介苗接种质量,接种后要注意观察,及时发现并处理异常反应。
Objective To investigate the cause and treatment of abnormal lymph node reaction caused by BCG vaccination. Methods The incidence, diagnosis and treatment of lymph node tuberculosis caused by inoculation of BCG after vaccination in 2 Anfu County were analyzed. Results After the BCG vaccination, 1 patient developed pulmonary tuberculosis due to abnormal reaction and treatment, and 1 patient did not cause serious reaction in time. Conclusion The quality of BCG vaccination should be improved. After inoculation, we should pay attention to the observation and find out and deal with the abnormal reaction in time.
