通过对非参数预估理论的研究,研究出针对纯滞后、强耦合、参数时变的非线性系统的非参数预估算法,进而提出在工程中的实用方法。根据非参数预估原理及工程实用方法,设计出一种非参数在线预估器,并将它用作预估补偿环节,组成具有非参数在线预估器的模糊控制系统。运行时,预估器利用被控对象的输出历史数据,时刻跟踪其输出的变化,从而提前采取控制。以热风炉燃烧为工程控制对象进行仿真,结果表明该策略能够取得良好的控制效果。
By studying the theory of nonparametric estimation, a nonparametric estimation algorithm for the nonlinear system with pure time delay, strong coupling and time-varying parameters is developed, and then a practical method in engineering is proposed. According to the principle of non-parametric estimation and engineering practice, a non-parametric online estimator is designed and used as a predictive compensation component to form a fuzzy control system with a non-parametric online estimator. At runtime, the predictor takes advantage of the output history data of the controlled object to keep track of changes in its output at any moment in time to take early control. The simulation of the control of the hot blast stove was carried out. The results show that the strategy can achieve good control effects.
