地方高校经管专业要拓展生存空间,提升核心竞争力需要走内涵发展的道路,强化特色凝聚。就业针对性不够,关键技能不突出已成为制约地方高校经管专业特色凝聚和核心竞争力打造的重要瓶颈。必须要抓好:高效获取资讯和较强解读政策、较强执行、较优写作、良好沟通、运用现代资讯工具五项专业关键共性应用能力的培养。此外,还要将经管专业的共性关键技能应用到解决区域和行业发展的实际业务问题过程中,走差异化发展道路,提升地方高校经管专业的自身“品牌价值”。
