研究了污泥与蘑菇渣的比例分别为7:3、3:2和1:1对造纸污泥堆肥的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内增加造纸污泥的比例更有利于污泥升温。堆肥中温度变化和pH存在正相关性,适当降低污泥含量可以降低堆肥pH,低pH有利于氮素的保存,污泥与蘑菇渣的比例分别为7:3、3:2和1:1的处理全氮含量分别增加-1.18%、11.00%和4.10%。造纸污泥经过好氧堆肥后,种子发芽指数显著增加,但造纸污泥的比例过高或过低均会降低种子发芽指数。堆肥结束时DOC含量分别比初始时降低48.7%、46.4%和48.0%。通过好氧堆肥可增加污泥养分,提高有机质和腐殖质含量,污泥含量过高堆肥产品养分低,造纸污泥与蘑菇渣含量为3:2时效果最佳。
The effects of the ratio of sludge and mushroom residue on the compost of papermaking sludge were studied respectively at 7: 3, 3: 2 and 1: 1. The results show that increasing the proportion of papermaking sludge in a certain range is more conducive to sludge warming. There was a positive correlation between temperature change and pH in composting. Appropriate reduction of sludge content could reduce compost pH and low pH, which was beneficial to the conservation of nitrogen. The ratio of sludge to mushroom residue was 7: 3, 3: 2 and 1: 1 respectively The total nitrogen content increased -1.18%, 11.00% and 4.10% respectively. After aerobic composting of paper sludge, the seed germination index increased significantly, but the proportion of paper sludge was too high or too low will reduce the seed germination index. At the end of composting, the DOC content decreased by 48.7%, 46.4% and 48.0%, respectively, from the initial value. Aerobic compost can increase the sludge nutrient, improve the organic matter and humus content, high sludge content, low nutrient composting products, paper sludge and mushroom residue content of 3: 2 best.
