我厂一台JA23-20型双开式双柱可倾冲床,床身为一般灰铸铁。1972年因操作不当,床身一侧发生裂纹,长达200毫米,采用热焊法修复后一直使用到1978年,后因其它原因床身两侧完全断裂,裂纹长约380毫米。我们用铸248焊条进行冷焊修复,焊后经超负荷试验,证明补焊质量可靠。现将补焊工艺介绍如下: 采用机械加工(端面铣)方法开坡口,坡口形式见图1。修整坡口、清除杂质后,将床身的下半部紧固在工作平台上,再将上半部与下半部对齐,利用原来的加强拉杆把紧。坡口
