[目的]评价社区卫生服务中心医务人员职业紧张水平。[方法]由调查员向440名社区卫生服务中心医务人员发放工作内容问卷,采用统一讲解问卷内容与填写要求、当场交卷的方式调查。对问卷填写不足80%者予以剔除,收回有效问卷426份。[结果]此次调查的社区卫生服务中心医务人员中职业紧张程度高者有311名(73.0%);30～45岁年龄段医务人员职业紧张程度高于45岁以上年龄段医务人员(P<0.05),OR为2.22;家庭人均月收入在1000～3000元人民币的医务人员职业紧张程度高于3000元人民币以上的医务人员(P<0.05),OR为1.70;倒班作业医务人员职业紧张程度高于不需要倒班的医务人员(P<0.05),OR为1.51。[结论]社区卫生服务中心医务人群属于职业紧张较高的人群,主要的影响因素包括年龄、家庭收入水平、倒班作业等,制定相关的卫生政策,可缓解他们的工作压力,更好地保护该职业人群的健康。
[Objective] To evaluate occupational stress level of medical personnel in community health service centers. [Methods] The investigators distributed 440 questionnaires to the medical staffs of community health service centers, and investigated the contents of the questionnaire and the requirements of filling out the forms and the way of submitting papers on the spot. Fill out less than 80% of the questionnaires, excluding 426 valid questionnaires. [Results] 311 (73.0%) were the highest occupational stress among the medical workers in the community health service centers of this survey. The occupational stress in medical workers aged 30-45 was higher than that of the 45-year-old medical staff (P < 0.05), OR was 2.22; the occupational stress level of medical staff whose per capita monthly household income was 1000-3000 yuan was higher than that of medical staff who was more than 3000 yuan (OR = 0.70), OR was 1.70; the occupational stress level of shift medical staff was high For medical staff who did not require shift work (P <0.05), OR was 1.51. [Conclusion] The medical population of community health service center belongs to the population with higher occupational stress. The main influencing factors include age, family income level and shift work, and formulating relevant health policies to relieve their work pressure and better protect the Occupational health.
