贵州省委十一届七次全会强调,建设美丽乡村,深入实施“四在农家·美丽乡村”六项行动计划,提高农村基础设施建设和管理水平,经营好乡村的旅游、村舍、生态等资源,以污水、垃圾处理为重点加强农村人居环境综合整治,全面提升乡村生产效益、生活品质、生态价值,打造美丽乡村升级版。
At the Seventh Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Province emphasized that a beautiful rural village should be built and the six action plans of “four beautiful peasants and beautiful villages” should be implemented in depth so as to improve the level of rural infrastructure construction and management, run well rural tourism, cottages, Ecological and other resources to sewage and garbage treatment as the focus to strengthen comprehensive improvement of living environment in rural areas to enhance the overall efficiency of rural production, quality of life, ecological value, to create a beautiful version of the village upgrade.
