本文对35例未加选择的成人急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)进行了染色体分带研究,同时根据FAB方案进行了形态学分类。部分患者还做了细胞表面标记分析。35例患者,年龄15～69岁,中数年龄33岁。男性19例,女性16例。诊断是根据骨髓和外周血液细胞的形态学检查,用May-Grunwald-Giemsa染色。组织化学染色包括苏丹黑B、а-萘醋酸酯酶,后者同时进行NaF抑制试验或不用NaF抑制。
In this study, 35 patients with unselected adult acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were studied for chromosomal banding, and morphological classification was performed according to the FAB protocol. Some patients also performed cell surface marker analysis. Thirty-five patients ranged in age from 15 to 69 years, with a median age of 33 years. There were 19 males and 16 females. Diagnosis was based on morphological examination of bone marrow and peripheral blood cells and stained with May-Grunwald-Giemsa. Histochemical staining included Sudan Black B, alpha-naphthylacetatease, which performed NaF inhibition simultaneously or without NaF inhibition.
