湖北省生态林业建设在全国生态林业体系中具有特殊地位。其森林生态公益林效益补偿的实现形式主要有两种。目前还存在一些问题加快林业经营管理体制改革和尽快建立省级森林生态效益补偿基金制度是主要对策。
Ecological forestry construction in Hubei Province has a special status in the national ecological forestry system. There are two main ways to realize the benefits of forest ecological public welfare forests. At present there are still some problems to speed up the reform of forestry management system and establish a provincial compensation system for forest ecological benefits as the main countermeasure.
