在全球化环境下 ,产业集群已成为区域发展的重要模式。本文提出了一种基于区域集聚多动态联盟体系的产业集群模式 ,并从制造业全球化、制造模式敏捷化的角度出发 ,分析了这种产业集群模式的经济、技术背景及其形成机理 ,指出区域产业集群过程是一个区域比较优势不断强化的过程。一个区域要想通过产业集群来促进经济发展 ,必须做好几方面的工作 :(1)加快培育竞争、开放的市场 ;(2 )形成独特的区域比较优势 ;(3)创造良好的社会、政策环境。
In a globalized environment, industrial clusters have become an important mode of regional development. In this paper, we propose an industrial cluster mode based on the regional agglomeration and multi-dynamic alliance system. From the perspective of manufacturing globalization and manufacturing mode agility, this paper analyzes the economic and technological background and the formation mechanism of this industrial cluster mode, pointing out The process of regional industrial cluster is a process of continuously strengthening comparative advantage in the region. In order to promote economic development through industrial clusters, a region must do its work well in several aspects: (1) to speed up fostering a competitive and open market; (2) to form a unique regional comparative advantage; (3) to create a favorable social and policy environment .
