目的:在观察颞下颌关节骨关节病(TMJOA)大体病变及组织病理学改变的基础上,研究OA在超微结构水平上的病理变化。方法:1%胶原酶诱导建立TMJOA实验动物(山羊)模型,于各间期处死,取病变标本做大体、组织化学染色及超微结构观察研究。结果:实验1月组关节标本开始出现骨关节病改变,随实验间期延长而加重,至实验3月组达顶峰。结论:TMJOA的病变是进行性发展的,机体的自我修复过程缺乏正常的产物,不能阻遏OA的病变发展
OBJECTIVE: To study the pathological changes of OA at the ultrastructure level on the basis of observing the gross pathological changes and temporomandibular changes of temporomandibular joint osteoarthrosis (TMJOA). Methods: The TMJOA experimental animal (goat) model was induced by 1% collagenase and sacrificed at various intervals. The lesions were examined by gross, histochemical staining and ultrastructure. Results: In January, the joint specimens began to show the change of osteoarthropathy, which aggravated with the prolongation of the experimental period, reaching the peak in the experimental group in March. Conclusion: TMJOA lesions develop progressively, and the body's self-repair process lacks normal products and can not block the development of OA lesions
