为了解我校语文教师的专业素养,更有针对性地开展教师培训活动、开展课堂教学研究,我们设计了调查问卷,从语文素养和课堂教学能力两大方面,对全校83名语文教师展开调查,统计结果及分析情况如下。一、教师专业素养方面1.关于教师读书、写作的调查分析对认真读过的经典名著的调查,60.2%的教师读过2—10本;20.5%的教师读过10—20本;4.8%的教师读过20本以上。从罗列的书名看出,外国名著和中国传统四大名
