为了对进境口岸截获的俄罗斯木材中的墨天牛属(非中国种)害虫进行准确、快速鉴定,笔者利用DNA条码试剂盒检测技术,基于墨天牛线粒体COⅠ(线粒体细胞色素氧化酶亚基I)基因设计一对巢式引物,对截获墨天牛属中的8个种进行COⅠ扩增,将扩增序列上传至有害生物信息网站,依据碱基位点在不同种间的排列和组成的差异,获得不同种在相应位点上的特有碱基,即标记性碱基,以此作为区分墨天牛种的依据。通过这种墨天牛属DNA条码试剂盒检测技术,可为口岸检疫鉴定提供有效的技术手段。
