以最小壁厚为2mm的ZL102铝合金散热片为研究对象,利用自制直线电机所产生的移动磁场作为促进成形的外力,研究了移动磁场对该件的成形能力、凝固组织的影响规律。结果表明,在直线电机作用下,电压在220~250V时能产生适宜的磁场,提高ZL102铝合金的成形能力,可得到表面质量好、充型完整的E型薄壁ZL102铝合金件。此外,移动磁场的热效应、电磁搅拌作用等对ZL102铝合金还能起到变质细化、改善显微组织的作用,且对铸件底面的细化效果优于侧面的。
Taking ZL102 aluminum alloy heat sink with the minimum wall thickness as 2mm as the research object, the influence of moving magnetic field on the formability and solidified structure of the workpiece was studied by using the moving magnetic field produced by the self-made linear motor as the external force to promote the forming. The results show that under the action of linear motor, the suitable magnetic field can be produced when the voltage is 220 ~ 250V, the forming ability of ZL102 aluminum alloy can be improved, and the E - shaped thin wall ZL102 aluminum alloy with good surface quality and complete filling can be obtained. In addition, the thermal effect of moving magnetic field, electromagnetic stirring and other ZL102 aluminum alloy can also play a metamorphic refinement, to improve the role of the microstructure, and the refinement of the bottom surface of the casting is better than the side.
