根据现代意见,各种酶系统活动障碍及维生素含量的变化,可能为疾病发生的基础。本文研究湿疹患者血清中转氨酶及醛缩酶活性,以及维生素C、B_1、A含量变化及其在本病发生机理中可能起到的作用。共观察急性期湿疹55例,年龄20~65岁(男30、女25),局限性15例、泛发性40例,病期5月~20年。30例同年龄组健康者作对照。测定分别于治疗前急性期及治疗后明显好转或临床基本痊
According to modern opinion, changes in the activities of various enzyme systems and vitamin content, may be the basis for the disease. In this paper, the activity of aminotransferase and aldolase in the serum of patients with eczema and the changes of vitamin C, B 1 and A contents and their possible roles in the pathogenesis of this disease were studied.
