目的探讨应用无创机械通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并失代偿期呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法将COPD合并失代偿期Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭分为治疗组和对照组,各10例,记录生命体征、血气分析变化。结果通过4h、24 h后2组比较,治疗组对提高PaO2和降低PaCO2与对照组比较,差异有显著性P<0.05。结论BiPAP无创机械通气对COPD合并失代偿期Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的治疗较好,可作为一线治疗手段。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with decompensated respiratory failure. Methods COPD with decompensated type Ⅱ respiratory failure were divided into treatment group and control group, 10 cases in each group. The vital signs and blood gas analysis were recorded. Results After 4 h and 24 h, the two groups were compared, the treatment group PaO2 and PaCO2 decreased compared with the control group, the difference was significant P <0.05. Conclusions BiPAP noninvasive mechanical ventilation is a good first-line treatment for COPD with decompensated type Ⅱ respiratory failure.
