泄漏是造成涡旋压缩机功耗损失的重要因素之一,因此泄漏是影响涡旋压缩机效率的关键因素,而影响泄漏的因素又很多,除了泄漏通道面积以外,转速及润滑油的密封作用对泄漏量也有很大影响。为能完整、准确地模拟压缩机的工作过程,需建立相应的泄漏模型。求解泄漏模型是求解热力学模型的基础和前提。可将动、静涡盘间的泄漏分为两类,一类是通过型线轴向啮合间隙的径向泄漏,另一类是通过型线径向啮合间隙的切向泄漏。

There are many factors that affect the efficiency of leakage compressor. Besides the area of leakage passage, The amount of leakage also has a great impact. In order to fully and accurately simulate the working process of the compressor, it is necessary to establish the corresponding leakage model. Solving the leakage model is the basis and premise for solving the thermodynamic model. The static and dynamic scroll leakage can be divided into two categories, one is the axial leakage through the profile of radial leakage gap, and the other is radial through the profile meshing gap tangential leakage.
