目的:观察牛黄降压方对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)肾小动脉硬化的影响。方法:选14周龄SHR大鼠,用牛黄降压方ig治疗8周,观察大鼠肾小动脉的病理变化。结果:牛黄降压方1.2,0.6,0.3 g·kg-1(生药粉),0.6 g·kg-1(片剂)组与模型组比较,血压均显著降低(P<0.01),出现肾小动脉硬化的例数减少,分别占总动物数的20%,20%,30%,40%(模型组80%),病变血管数量减少,病变程度减轻,病理学评分分别为5,5,7,7分,(模型组20分),经秩和检验(K-S),牛黄降压方高、中治疗组与模型组差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:成年自发性高血压大鼠可继发肾小动脉硬化,牛黄降压方在抗血压升高的同时,对肾小动脉的硬化具有一定的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Niuhuang Jiangya Decoction on renal arteriosclerosis in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods: SHR rats of 14 weeks old were selected and treated with the antihypertensive drugs Niuhuang for 8 weeks. The pathological changes of rat renal arterioles were observed. Results: Compared with the untreated group, the BP of 1.2, 0.6, 0.3 g · kg-1 (crude drug powder) and 0.6 g · kg-1 of BPH group were significantly decreased (P <0.01) The number of atherosclerosis decreased, accounting for 20%, 20%, 30% and 40% of the total number of animals (model group, 80%). The number of vascular lesion decreased and the lesion degree decreased. , 7 points (model group, 20 points). The rank sum test (KS) and bezoar antihypertensive side were of high significance. There was significant difference between the treatment group and the model group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Adult spontaneous hypertensive rats can be secondary to renal arteriosclerosis. Niuhuang Jiangya decoction has some protective effects on the hardening of renal arterioles while antihypertensive.
