数字化设计制造技术已经成为制造企业不可或缺的重要支柱,也促使产品的设计制造模式发生根本变化,带有PMI的三维模型正取代二维图纸成为全新的产品信息载体,成为设计、工艺及生产阶段的依据,但一些产品的三维模型由于复杂或数模过大导致浏览困难。该文从航天产品数字化研制流程出发,分析了各环节对三维模型轻量化的需求,结合典型产品特点,提出了三维模型具体应用途径和三维模型转化技术途径,并综合分析了三维模型轻量化的一些关键问题,最后介绍了三维模型轻量化在航天产品数字化研制中的具体应用。
