目的评价托幼机构空气卫生质量,规范托幼机构空气消毒工作。方法对15所托幼机构内30个房间,在空气消毒后,使用自然沉降法、六级撞击法、二级撞击法同步开展采样监测。结果 3种方法监测细菌总数波动在0~973 cfu/m3,均小于1 000 cfu/m3。经统计分析,3种采样方法间有显著性差异,两两比较显示六级撞击法与二级撞击法间有显著性差异。结论托幼机构消毒后空气静态的参考值,建议为1 000 cfu/m3。用二级撞击法取代六级撞击法时,标准值建议做适当下调。
Objective To evaluate the air hygiene quality of kindergartens and nurseries, and to standardize the air disinfection work of kindergartens and nurseries. Methods Thirty rooms in 15 nurseries were sampled and monitored simultaneously after air disinfection using natural sedimentation method, six-level impact method and two-stage impact method. Results The total number of bacteria monitored by the three methods fluctuated between 0 and 973 cfu / m3, all less than 1 000 cfu / m3. After statistical analysis, there are significant differences among the three sampling methods. The comparison between the two methods shows that there is a significant difference between the six-level impact method and the two-level impact method. Conclusion It is suggested that the reference value of static air after kindergarten disinfection is 1 000 cfu / m3. When using the second-level collision method to replace the sixth-level collision method, the standard value is suggested to be appropriately reduced.
