综合运用Eberhart-Russell和Tai模型结合江西省区试,对早籼稻品种的稳定性及其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,不同遗传型的品种稳定性是不一样的;环境效应是品种产量在大范围连续变异的环境中呈直线型变化的主要原因,可采用第一稳定参数估测品种对不同环境的适应性;导致品种在同一环境下的产量波动的原因是品种×环境的互作,必须用第二稳定参数来表明品种的稳产性;品种的丰产性和稳产性及适应性,可能分别受不同的遗传基础控制。根据分析结果,就稳产性的选择及选育适合不同环境下利用的良种等问题进行了初步讨论。水稻育种中,关于品种稳定性的选择,越来越引起人们的重视。通过适宜的试验,采用相适宜的统计方法,测验品种的稳定性,了解品种对大范围内连续变异的综合环境条件的反应,明确品种在不同生态环境中的适应性和稳产性,无论是对新选育品种或外引良种的使用价值作出合理评价,还是为选育适合不同环境下利用的良种提供理论依据,都有重要意义。为此,结合1984年江西省早籼稻联合区试,综合运用S.A.Eberhart和Tai.c.c。估测品种稳定性的分析方法,对早籼稻品种的产量稳定性,和在不同环境下的适应性及其影响因素进行了分析。
