文章论述登门槛效应在员工满意度和和员工活力上的应用,进而缓解员工心理压力,激发员工的工作热情,使员工积极主动的投入到工作中去,提高企业业绩。研究结果对企业的人力资源管理具有一定的启发意义。
This article discusses the application of threshold effect in employee satisfaction and employee vitality, and then relieves staff’s psychological pressure and inspires staff’s enthusiasm for work, so that employees can actively contribute to the work and improve corporate performance. The research results have certain enlightenment significance to the enterprise’s human resources management.
