目的研究经皮肾穿刺碎石在鹿角形肾结石治疗中的运用体会.方法选取2018年9月至2019年11月在我院进行治疗鹿角形肾结石的患者80例进行观察研究,根据随机分配的原则将80例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组40人.对照组患者采用传统的开放手术进行治疗,观察组患者则采用经皮肾穿刺碎石对鹿角形肾结石进行治疗.通过对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间,患者的并发症发生率及患者的治疗效果进行判定,判断经皮肾穿刺碎石在鹿角形肾结石治疗中的应用效果,从而得出体会.结果观察组患者的手术时间比对照组短,术中出血量低于对
