信息技术的迅猛发展,经济全球化的浪潮呼啸而来。越来越多的企业为了适应新经济时代的生存环境,为了精简机构、提高工作效率、降低办公成本,开始选择让员工在家办公。当然,远程办公也存在一些管理上的困境,对此我们可采取建立合理的工作流程、绩效考核制度、充分利用先进的应用软件、加强沟通等策略予以解决。
The rapid development of information technology, the wave of economic globalization roared. More and more enterprises in order to adapt to the new economic era of living environment, in order to streamline the organization, improve work efficiency, reduce office costs, began to choose to allow employees to work from home. Of course, there are some management dilemmas in telecommuting. To solve this problem, we can adopt such strategies as establishing a reasonable workflow and performance appraisal system, making full use of advanced application software and strengthening communication.
