目的:观察分析正畸联合修复治疗前牙缺失散在间隙57例的临床疗效。方法:选取我院从2011年3月到2013年3月收治的前牙缺失患者共57例。入选患者均采用正畸联合修复治疗。结果:入选的57例患者均接受正畸联合修复治疗,正畸修复成功率为100%,入选患者均成功修复,患者的牙齿排列恢复正常,排列整齐,上下牙的覆盖关系良好,牙周色泽没有出现突兀,色泽正常均匀,没有对患者的口腔美观造成影响。牙龈没有出现炎症,牙髓活力正常。对57例患者进行随访跟踪观察治疗效果,没有发现有修复体出现松动或者脱落等现象。患者在修复后能够逐渐恢复咀嚼功能。结论:对于前牙缺失散在间隙的患者采用正畸联合修复能够取得满意的修复效果,能够恢复患者正常的口腔功能外,还能恢复患者口腔的美观。
OBJECTIVE: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic joint repair in the treatment of anterior teeth missing scattered in 57 cases. Methods: A total of 57 patients with anterior teeth missing from March 2011 to March 2013 in our hospital were selected. Selected patients were treated with orthodontic joint repair. Results: All the 57 patients were treated with orthodontic repair. The success rate of orthodontic repair was 100%. All the patients were successfully repaired. The teeth were arranged in normal, neatly arranged, the coverage of the upper and lower teeth was good, the periodontal color Did not appear obtrusive, normal color, no impact on the patient’s esthetic appearance. No inflammation of the gums, pulp vitality normal. Fifty-seven patients were followed up for follow-up treatment. No prosthesis appeared loosening or shedding. Patients recover gradually after chewing masticatory function. Conclusion: The orthodontic joint repair in patients with missing anterior teeth missing interspace can achieve satisfactory rehabilitative effect, restore the normal oral function of patients, and restore the esthetic appearance of patients.
