在新中国成立之前浩瀚的航海史上,记载着惊喜,也记载着悲怆。从徐福、法显、鉴真、汪大渊,到鼎盛时期的郑和,构成了中国航海史的主线。在“郑和时代”,其船队之浩大、技术之精良,航线之久远世界无出其右者。郑和七下西洋,不仅开辟了航海新时代,同时也带来了世界范围内的经济、文化、贸易等领域内的大变革。但在郑和之后,中国航海却戛然而止,让世界无数人扼腕痛惜。从此,中国远离了曾引以自豪的航海时代,也失去了对海洋的控制,接下来中国经历的是一段段耻辱的历史。2005年7月11日,是一个值得中国人永远铭记的日子。这一天,是郑和下西洋600周年纪念日,同时也被中国正式确立为“中国航海日”。航海日的确立,充分体现了中国政府对航海的姿态——航海壮志去又回!
