Ⅱkka Arminen的新作《机构互动——工作会话研究》是第一部全书系统研究机构会话的专著,以会话分析和民族方法学的研究兴趣和研究方法为基础,全面系统地分析概述了机构环境中的会话和互动研究的基本要素、重要概念、主题、研究成果和方法论问题,并且通过课堂、法庭、诊室等方面的丰富实例通俗易懂地介绍了会话分析理论和方法在机构环境中的应用。另外,本书还评价了最前沿的新应用,如人机互动、人种学的作用、统计资料以及机构会话和日常会话的关系。文章首先对各章节内容逐一介绍,然后对该书做出简要评述,总结其特点,指出其不足之处。
Ⅱkka Arminen’s new book, “Institutional Interaction - Workplace Conversation”, is the first monograph on the dialogue of systematic research institutes. Based on the research interests and research methods of conversational analysis and ethnological methodology, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes and outlines the institutional environment And the basic concepts, topics, research results and methodological issues of conversational and interactive research, and introduces the application of the theory and method of conversational analysis in the institutional environment through rich examples in classrooms, courts and clinics. In addition, the book assesses the most up-to-date new applications such as human-computer interaction, the role of ethnography, statistical information, and the relationship between institutional and everyday conversations. The article first introduces the contents of each chapter one by one, and then make a brief comment on the book, summarizes its characteristics, points out its deficiencies.
