1990年,海伦农场引进北京农业大学研制的增产菌新剂型——浓缩增产菌(稻麦、玉米专用型,含菌150亿/毫升),在小麦上试验,增产效果更好。试验设了8个处理1个对照,每个处理与对照设三次重复,小区采用随机取组排列,每小区面积144平方米。其中,拌种的5个处理,亩用浓缩增产菌的原液或配制液各100毫升,菌液的合菌量分别为每毫升含菌150亿、120亿、90亿、60亿、30亿;苗期喷雾的3个处理,亩用浓缩增产菌原液或配制液各50毫升,菌液含菌量分别为每毫升含菌150亿、100亿、50亿。
