试验研究了吉林省优质、高产、优质高产兼顾型共12个水稻品种的产量与稻米品质关系。结果表明:稻米品质与产量呈负相关,产量提高虽然能提高稻米的加工品质,但是外观品质、营养品质及食味下降,除单穴穗数外,提高任何产量性状的表现型值都会使垩白率、垩白度和直链淀粉增加;穗长、主茎一次枝梗数量、生物产量与胶稠度呈正相关;饱满粒率、千粒重、主茎二次枝梗数和经济产量等产量性状与蛋白质含量呈正相关;单穴穗数、生物产量、单穴草重、主茎一次枝梗数量、着粒密度表现值高、食味值高。提高单穴穗数、降低着粒密度、增加穗长和稻米的长 宽比有利于提高品质。
