中国历史上唯一住过国共两党最高领袖的别墅,可能就是庐山上的美庐了。这座别墅是英国人西伊勋爵于1903年所建造,由宋美龄于1933年购得,是蒋介石在1948年将其题名为“美庐”的。
The only villa in the history of China that lived in the highest leader of both the KMT and the CPC may be the United States House on Lushan Mountain. Built in 1903 by Lord West Iraq, the villa was purchased by Soong Mei-ling in 1933 and was titled “Meilu” by Chiang Kai-shek in 1948.
