采用浸渍的方法制得不同含Li量的NiLi/CNTs催化剂,以苯加氢反应为探针反应考察了催化剂的催化活性,利用H2化学吸附、H2-TPR、XRD、抗硫性能测试等手段,研究了Li的添加对Ni/CNTs催化性能的影响。结果表明,Li的添加对Ni/CNTs的催化性能有较大的影响。适量Li的添加有助于增加金属Ni在催化剂表面的裸露度,增加了苯加氢反应活性和耐硫性能。当Ni和Li的原子比为10∶1时,Ni/CNTs催化剂的催化性能最好,在较低的反应温度(413K)苯的摩尔转化率和选择性达到100%,催化剂的极限耐流量为545.5μLCS2/gNi。
NiLi / CNTs catalysts with different amounts of Li were prepared by impregnation method. The catalytic activity of NiLi / CNTs catalysts was investigated by benzene hydrogenation as probe reaction. H2 chemisorption, H2-TPR, XRD, The effect of Li addition on the catalytic performance of Ni / CNTs was investigated. The results show that the addition of Li has a great influence on the catalytic performance of Ni / CNTs. The addition of proper amount of Li helps to increase the nudity of metal Ni on the catalyst surface and increases the hydrogenation reactivity and sulfur resistance of benzene. The catalytic performance of Ni / CNTs catalyst is best when the atomic ratio of Ni to Li is 10: 1. The molar conversion and selectivity of benzene reach 100% at lower reaction temperature (413K), and the limit flow resistance of catalyst is 545.5 μLCS2 / gNi.
