自2014年5月改制成立以来,泸州工投集团肩负积极配合四川化控集团泸州板块改革脱困,转型升级,振兴泸州传统优势工业,培育新兴产业和扶持龙头企业的重任,实现了企业发展质和量的飞跃,资产规模呈10倍增长,成功创建为AA级主体信用。随着企业改制重组后资产规模的做大,企业文化融合问题逐渐凸现,潜在并强有力地影响着企业发展绩效的方方面面,同时也决定企业规模做大以后,能否继续做强的内在因素。基于此,从企业文化融合如何入手,就如何推进进行探究。
