病例介绍汪×,女性,住院号148720。于1974年6月(15岁)起,自觉活动后偶感心悸。到某医院检查发现有“贫血”;心浊音界扩大。心尖区有Ⅰ～Ⅱ°收缩期杂音;肝脾肿大。心电图示低电压,窦性心动过速等表现。拟诊为“心包炎”而于8月26日转入我院。入院时体检有轻度贫血貌;无颈静脉怒张及奇脉;心尖搏动不减弱,心界向两侧扩大,心率76次/分、规则;肝肋下4指,脾肋下2指,实验室 Case description Wang ×, female, hospital number 148720.
