俗话说得好“:冬天动一动,少受一场冻;冬天懒一懒,多喝药一碗。”冬季,人的生理状态会随着气候而改变,因此是提高人体机能的最佳时机之一。中小学生在冬季进行适当的体育锻炼,身体经常受到寒冷的刺激,可以增强人体对感冒、气管炎等冬季常见疾病的抵抗力;冬季在室外接受阳光的照射,阳光中的紫外线可促进人体的造血机能,对治疗和预防贫血有积极作用!冬季常到室外锻炼,体温调节能力就会加强,御寒能力也随之提高。
