用转轮流动模拟器测定投加化学剂和不投加化学剂时集油温度下限是可行的。结合油珠聚结温度测试数据对转轮流动模拟器试验数据进行了分析和解释。试验结果表明,用转轮流动模拟器可以精确方便地测定集油温度界限,可同时得到摩擦因子、水包油型原油乳状液油珠聚结温度和凝油粘壁温度等数据。用转轮流动模拟器获得的试验数据进一步证实了水包油型原油乳状液油珠聚结温度的概念。
It is feasible to use the runner flow simulator to determine the lower temperature of oil gathering when adding chemicals and not adding chemicals. Based on the test data of coalescence temperature of oil globules, experimental data of runner flow simulator were analyzed and explained. The experimental results show that the rotor flow simulator can be used to determine the temperature limit of oil gathering accurately, and the data of friction factor, coalescence temperature of oil-in-water emulsion bead and sticking wall temperature of oil-in-oil can be obtained at the same time. The experimental data obtained with the runner flow simulator further confirm the concept of coalescence temperature for oil-in-water emulsion oil beads.
