【目的】了解临淄区人民医院儿科住院患者疾病病种变化,为今后儿科医疗和儿童预防保健工作提供科学依据。【方法】采用SPSS13.0软件对本院2001-2009年儿科28 534例住院患者病案进行回顾性分析。【结果】住院人数逐年上升,疾病病种前5位分别是:支气管肺炎、上呼吸道感染、喘憋性肺炎、急性支气管炎、病毒性肠炎,支气管肺炎居疾病病种中第1位,共6 166例,占9年间儿科住院总人数的21.61%,手足口病、疱疹性咽峡炎、支气管哮喘增长较快。【结论】9年间儿科住院患者疾病病种发生了变化,今后工作重点为儿童呼吸系统疾病的防治工作,加强手足口病防治的管理,继续强化儿童疾病的预防工作。
【Objective】 To understand the changes of diseases in pediatric inpatients in Linzi District People’s Hospital and provide scientific basis for future pediatric medical care and child health care. 【Methods】 The data of 28 534 inpatients admitted to our hospital during 2001-2009 were retrospectively analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. 【Results】 The number of hospitalizations increased year by year. The top five diseases were: bronchial pneumonia, upper respiratory tract infection, asthmatic pneumonia, acute bronchitis, viral enteritis and bronchopneumonia 166 cases, accounting for 21.61% of the total number of pediatric inpatients in 9 years, hand-foot-mouth disease, herpes angina, bronchial asthma increased rapidly. 【Conclusion】 The changes of diseases in pediatric inpatients during the past 9 years have changed. In the future, the work will focus on the prevention and control of respiratory diseases in children, strengthening the management of hand-foot-mouth disease prevention and treatment and continuing to strengthen the prevention of childhood diseases.
