应用３种口腔癌细胞系和６种抗癌药物对ＭＴＴ法和ＭＩＮＩ法进行了实验比较．结果表明两种方法都能在一定范围内反映细胞存活及增殖情况；两种方法中所得到的同一药物对同一种细胞的ＩＣ５０值差异甚大，敏感性的差别主要是由于药物的不同而不同；ＭＴＴ法的试验内误差以及试验间误差均小于ＭＩＮＩ法．
Three kinds of oral cancer cell lines and six kinds of anticancer drugs were used to compare the MTT and MINI methods. The results show that both methods can reflect the cell survival and proliferation within a certain range; the IC50 values of the same drug obtained by the two methods vary greatly with the same cell, the sensitivity difference mainly due to the different drugs; The experimental error and the error between tests in the MTT method are all less than the MINI method.
