目的 研究交感神经与支配颈椎关节突关节的初级感觉神经元分支关系 ,探讨椎间孔外颈神经受压产生颈肩痛和头面部症状的机制。方法 选用 8只Wistar大白鼠 ,右侧为实验侧 ,左侧对照。应用辣根过氧化物酶 (horseradishperoxidase,HRP)逆行追踪标记技术 ,用微量注射器在右侧C5/C6颈椎关节突关节囊上注射 30 %HRP 5 μl,对照侧注射 0 .9%的生理盐水 5 μl作为对照。动物存活 48h后经升主动脉灌注杀死 ,切取双侧C1~T1颈部脊髓背根神经节 (dorsalrootganglion ,DRG)、双侧颈交感神经节和双侧三叉神经节 ,冰冻切片后利用TMB法进行显色反应 ,观察切片内HRP标记细胞情况 ,并应用图像分析系统对实验侧DRG和交感神经节内标记细胞进行分类和计数。结果 大鼠右侧C5/C6关节突关节进行HRP注射后 ,颈中、下 (或星状 )交感神经节和C5~C7DRG内发现HRP标记细胞 ,以中型和小型细胞为主。其中颈中神经节和C6DRG内标记细胞的平均面积和及平均光密度较高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照侧和双侧三叉神经节未发现标记细胞。结论 颈椎关节突关节主要受相邻 3条颈神经的感觉支和颈交感神经分支支配 ,可能与椎间孔外颈神经卡压产生颈肩痛及头面部症状有关
Objective To study the relationship between the sympathetic nerve and the primary sensory neurons that dominates the cervical facet joint, and to explore the mechanism of cervical and shoulder pain and head and face symptoms caused by the compression of cervical foramen. Methods Eight Wistar rats were selected. The right side was experimental side and the left side was control. Using horseradishperoxidase (HRP) retrograde tracing technique, micro-syringe was used to inject 5% of 30% HRP on the right C5 / C6 cervical joint capsule and 0.9% of normal saline 5 on the control side μl as a control. The animals were sacrificed by ascending aorta after 48h of survival, and dorsal root ganglion (DRG), bilateral cervical sympathetic ganglia and bilateral trigeminal ganglion were harvested from the bilateral C1 ~ T1 cervical spinal cord. TMB method The chromogenic reaction was observed. The HRP labeled cells in the sections were observed, and the labeled cells in the experimental DRG and sympathetic ganglia were classified and counted by the image analysis system. Results HRP-labeled cells were found in the middle, lower (or asteroidal) sympathetic ganglia and C5-C7 DRG in the right C5 / C6 articular surface of the rats. HRP-labeled cells were found mainly in medium and small cells. The mean area and average optical density of labeled cells in the medial ganglia and C6DRG were higher (P <0.01), while no marked cells were found in the control and bilateral trigeminal ganglia. Conclusions Cervical facet joint is dominated by the sensory branches and cervical sympathetic branches of 3 adjacent cervical nerves, which may be related to cervical and shoulder pain and head and face facial features
