膀胱内灌注噻哌和尿激酶预防膀胱癌术后复发是一种有效的方法。噻哌中加用尿激酶可以增加噻哌的抗癌效果。将噻哌的剂量减少到４０ｍｇ可以大大减少其对骨髓的抑制作用。噻哌价格低廉、易得，容易被病人所接受，可以作为表浅膀胱癌术后预防复发的首选方法
Intravesical instillation of thiophene and urokinase to prevent postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer is an effective method. Tipeprazole plus urokinase can increase the anti-cancer effect of thiophene. Reducing the dose of thiophene to 40 mg greatly reduces its inhibitory effect on bone marrow. Thiophene low price, easy to get, easy to be accepted by the patient, can be used as a superficial bladder cancer prevention of recurrence after the preferred method
