147名铅作业工人尿铅与尿δ—氨基乙酰丙酸(δ—ALA)的对照分析

尿中δ—氨基乙酰丙酸(δ—ALA)测定应用于铅中毒的诊断已有十余年历史。1960年以来,国外有人报导,铅接触者尿中粪卟啉增高时,尿中δ—ALA已有增高。因而推荐尿δ—ALA作为铅吸收的早期诊断指标。但是也有少数人根本反对以尿δ—ALA作为普查筛选指标。为了探讨尿δ—ALA在铅中毒早期诊断上究竟有多大价值,我们对鞍钢钢绳厂147名铅作业工人进行了尿铅与尿δ—ALA的对照分 Urinary δ-aminolevulinic acid (δ-ALA) determination of lead poisoning in the diagnosis of more than 10 years of history. Since 1960, foreign reports have reported that urinary excretion of porphyrin in lead contact increased urinary δ-ALA. Urinary δ-ALA is recommended as an early diagnostic indicator of lead absorption. However, there are also a few people who strongly oppose urinary δ-ALA as a census screening index. In order to investigate the value of urinary δ-ALA in the early diagnosis of lead poisoning, we compared 147 controls of lead and urine δ-ALA to 147 lead workers in Anshan Steel Wire Rope Factory
