以6个早籼稻品种为材料,分3期播种,使它们在不同温度下灌浆结实。用Richards方程配合各处理的籽粒灌浆过程,决定系数R_2绝大多数都达到0.9以上,配合较好,根据Richards方程,求出起始灌浆势R_0、灌浆持续时间t、平均灌浆速率、最大灌浆速率v_m和达到最大灌浆速率的时间t_m等5个籽粒灌浆特征参数,进而研究稻米垩白度与这些籽粒灌浆特征参数的关系。结果表明,稻米垩白度与这些籽粒灌浆特征参数一般呈开口向上的抛物线关系,只有极少数特例。根据所得回归方程,求出了各品种稻米垩白度最小时的籽粒灌浆特征参数最适值。笔者认为,采取适当措施调节籽粒灌浆过程,有可能减少垩白的发生。
Six early indica rice cultivars were sown in three stages so that they could be grouted at different temperatures. According to the Richards equation, the initial filling potential R_0, the grouting duration t, the average filling rate and the maximum filling rate were obtained by Richards equation with the grain filling process of each treatment. Grain filling rate v_m and maximum filling rate time t_m and other five grain filling characteristics parameters, and then study the relationship between rice chalkiness and these grain filling characteristics parameters. The results showed that the chalky rice rice grain filling characteristics of these parameters generally open upward parabola relationship, with only a few exceptions. According to the regression equation obtained, the optimum grain filling parameters of each rice variety with the lowest chalkiness were obtained. The author believes that taking appropriate measures to regulate grain filling process may reduce the occurrence of chalky.
