慢性重症乙型病毒性肝炎（乙肝）病情重，并发症多，且发病机制复杂，目前缺乏有效的治疗手段。为探讨慢性重症乙肝安全有效的治疗方法，我们在常规治疗的基础上，加用恩替卡韦治疗慢性重症乙肝，现将结果报道如下：
