调查了蒸馏酒、配制酒、发酵酒中游离锰和总锰(游离锰与结合锰之和)的含量分布。调查结果为:总锰含量是黄酒>加药配制酒>非加药配制酒、啤酒>果酒、白酒;游离锰含量是黄酒>加药配制酒>啤酒>非加药配制酒、白酒>果酒;加药配制酒锰超标率为64%;如果发酵酒也以2.0mg/L控制锰含量,黄酒和啤酒均100%超标。
The contents of free manganese and total manganese (sum of free manganese and bound manganese) in distilled liquor, alcoholic liquor and fermented liquor were investigated.
