采用复合铸造工艺制备了汽车缸体镁合金Mg-Al-Zn-Sr-(纳米)Cu。进行了显微组织、力学性能和耐高温腐蚀性能的试验与分析。结果表明:与商用AZ31镁合金相比,复合铸造工艺制备的合金组织细小,由α-Mg基体和少量的Mg17Al12相组成;抗拉强度与屈服强度等力学性能都有一定程度的提高,耐高温腐蚀性能得到显著提高。
The magnesium alloy Mg-Al-Zn-Sr- (nano-Cu) was prepared by compound casting process. The microstructure, mechanical properties and high temperature corrosion resistance of the test and analysis. The results show that, compared with the commercial AZ31 magnesium alloy, the alloy prepared by the compound casting process is small and consists of α-Mg matrix and a small amount of Mg17Al12 phase. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength and yield strength are improved to a certain degree, Corrosion performance has been significantly improved.
