近年来,党中央和国务院把发展教育事业作为国家经济建设的重点,教育投资比重有了大幅提升,我国教育事业也有了较大发展,新的教育理念不断涌现。其中,激励机制得到了很多专家学者的关注。本文通过对小学班级管理激励机制的内容、原则等进行分析,旨在探讨如何构建小学班级管理激励机制,使其发挥最大作用。
In recent years, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have taken education development as the focus of their country’s economic construction, the proportion of investment in education has risen sharply, and the cause of education in our country has also made great progress. The concept of new education is constantly emerging. Among them, the incentive mechanism has attracted the attention of many experts and scholars. This paper analyzes the contents and principles of primary school-level management incentive mechanism to explore how to construct primary-level classroom-level management incentive mechanism and make it play its maximum role.
