深入探讨关于中职学生的职业素养的培养,能有效促进中职学生职业素养的提高,从而达到提升我国劳动者职业素养的宏伟目标,从根本上解决由于劳动者自身素质低下导致的就业难等社会问题。本文以云南工艺美术学校为例,从职业意识、职业道德、职业行为习惯、职业技能四个方面对艺术类中职生职业素养提出了具有针对性的对策,期望能对其他艺术类中职学校学生职业素养培养有一定的参考和借鉴价值。
In-depth discussion on the cultivation of vocational qualifications of secondary vocational students, can effectively promote the improvement of occupational qualifications of secondary vocational students, so as to achieve the grand goal of improving our workers’ professional accomplishments and fundamentally solve the employment difficulties due to the low quality of workers themselves Social Issues. Taking Yunnan Arts and Crafts School as an example, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to vocational accomplishments of art students from the aspects of professional awareness, professional ethics, professional behavior and professional skills. The cultivation of students’ professional accomplishment has certain reference and reference value.
