用单因素法研究了微量元素钙、镁、锌、铋、铜、铝、钛对稀土蠕铁中稀土残留量上下限及残留量范围的影响,以及上述元素对蠕虫状石墨形态的影响.试验结果表明;钙可以降低稀土残留量下限值而扩大稀土残留量范围;镁、铋降低稀土残留量的上限值而缩小稀土残留量范围;锌、铜提高稀土残留量下限值而缩小稀土残留量范围;铝、钛对稀土残留量范围影响不大.同时发现,蠕墨形态的变化仍然由稀土残留量控制,但微量元素也具有某些影响.
The effects of trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, bismuth, copper, aluminum and titanium on the upper and lower limits of residual amount of rare earths and their residues in rare earth vermiculite and the influence of the above elements on the morphology of vermicular graphite were studied by single factor method. The results show that calcium can reduce the lower limit of rare earth residues and expand the range of rare earth residues; magnesium and bismuth reduce the upper limit of rare earth residues to narrow the scope of rare earth residues; zinc and copper increase the lower limit of rare earth residues and reduce the rare earth The range of residual amount of aluminum and titanium has little effect on the range of residual amount of rare earth.It is also found that the change of morphology of vermicular graphite is still controlled by the amount of rare earth residue but the trace elements also have some effects.
