【目的】以PLoS OAJ网络平台为例,研究开放存取科技期刊知识服务的路径与功能,为国内开放存取平台建设者和图书馆开发利用开放存取期刊提供有益参考和借鉴。【方法】通过文献调研法、网络调研法,对PLoS OAJ网络平台在知识服务中的服务对象和服务功能的发掘,展现平台提供的自主自助、互动的知识服务。【结果】PLoS OAJ网络平台提供的知识服务,包括自主式检索服务、个性化定制服务和社交媒体互动服务,满足用户多样化的信息需求和互动交流需求。【结论】PLoS OAJ网络平台提供的知识服务,若增加图片检索功能、移动APP,加强与文献管理软件的联用,可进一步增强服务效果。
【Objective】 Taking PLoS OAJ network platform as an example, this paper studies the path and function of knowledge service of open access sci-tech periodicals, and provides useful reference and reference for domestic open access platform builders and libraries to develop and utilize open access journals. 【Method】 By means of literature research and network investigation, this paper explores the service objects and service functions of PLoS OAJ network platform in knowledge service, and presents the self-help and interactive knowledge services provided by the platform. [Results] The PLoS OAJ network platform provided knowledge services, including self-service retrieval service, personalized customization service and social media interactive service to meet diversified information needs and interaction needs of users. 【Conclusion】 The knowledge service provided by PLoS OAJ network platform can further enhance the service effect by adding picture search function, mobile APP and strengthening the cooperation with the document management software.
